THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • How do I make the payment?
    You may make your payment manually via Online Bank Transfer or deposit at the cash deposit machine if you have placed an order online. For walk-in customers, you can choose to pay cash at the cafe’s counter or transfer to the accounts stated at the payment section here.
  • Where is your store?
    We just build one recently, a cozy cafe space where we had our products displayed. It is located at Kiulap, opening hours is Tue-Sun: 10am - 10pm, Friday: 2pm - 10 pm. For more information, do check out their Instagram @lazecafe.bn
  • Do you do delivery?
    Yes we do, we ship nationwide. You may refer to our shipping policy here.
  • Where can I pickup my order if I make the purchase?
    You can collect your order at Laze Cafe, Kg Kiulap after you made your payment. Operating hours is from Tues to Sun, Monday is our day OFF. Tuesday - Sunday: 10AM - 10PM Friday: 2PM - 10PM For more information, you may refer to our Self Pickup policy here.
  • I'm buying a gift for a friend. Can you help to wrap my order?
    Of course, we would love to! Simply add "Gift Wrapping Service" to your cart and proceed to payment. It will be standard wrapping with a carton box (if fitable) or with random wrapping paper. We will also remove the price tags (if any) from the products. Please indicate your messages in the ‘What would you like to write for your loved ones?’ section if you wish us to include with the gift.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Please allow 1 – 2 days packing time from the day you made your payment. We aim to process and ship within 1-3 working days of order. Estimated shipping time is 1-5 working days.
